**Responsibilities**

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail oriented, technically savvy problem solver with superior customer service skills to join our Digital Marketing team.



RESPONSIBILITIES



+ Direct interaction with Digital Media Advertising Sales Team and Clients to ensure campaign fulfillment including planning, pulling inventory, and scheduling campaigns

+ Interact with sales marketing/site leaders to schedule campaigns for calendar based sponsorships and events

+ Must be able to traffic campaigns in DFP Premium, FreeWheel and be familiar with Operative One and MOAT

+ Provide the Digital Media Advertising Sales Team with support and guidance on requests regarding inventory availability, forecasting, and campaign optimizations for campaigns

+ Previous exposure to Ad Networks and Programmatic Advertising is a plus

+ Familiarity with Google Ad Exchange a plus

+ Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of the International Digital Operations team. Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical.

+ Experience handling large volume of emails and multiple ongoing campaigns

+ Must be organized and detail oriented with great attention to accuracy

+ Work with external ad vendors to review and test third party tags, macros, and assets for varying rich media creative types and executions

+ Troubleshoot advertisement issues in real time

+ Work closely with sales, marketing and product development teams to review, resolve and respond to each inbound request

+ Must be available and willing to work extended hours as needed during busy seasons, potentially including weekends and holidays, to meet business needs

**Qualifications/Requirements**

Basic Qualifications



+ Bachelor’s degree is required

+ At least 1-2 years’ experience in Sales OperationsAdditional Job Requirements

**Desired Characteristics**

+ Previous professional experience in digital campaign management

+ Exceptional verbal/written communication and project management skills

+ Fluency in the language of digital media: impressions, CTR, CPMs, eCPMs, etc.

+ Fluency in the language of online measurement: uniques, pageviews, visits, referrers, etc.

+ Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel (including formulas))

+ Experience working with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence

+ Basic knowledge of HTML and website structures

+ Experience taking screenshots, cropping, and basic image editing

+ Keen problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

+ Excellent client relationship and interpersonal skills

+ Strong ability to prioritize tasks

+ Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
