**Job Summary**

AECOM is seeking a Entry-Level Planning & Scheduling Analyst to be based in our Beloit, Wisconsin location. This position will begin in January 2018.

Typical Responsibilities:

+ Develops fundamental knowledge of planning and scheduling concepts and principles including effects on financial performance.

+ Develops familiarity with data sources for schedule development.

+ Ability to identify and investigate project schedule variance.

+ Collects data and updates and produces scheduling reports.

+ Assists in the development and maintenance of work breakdown structures (WBS).

+ Develops familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting.

+ Possesses a fundamental understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling. Able to review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic

**Minimum Requirements**


+ Must have obtained or will obtain a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, or related field


+ Less than 12 months of relevant post graduate professional experience in project controls planning & scheduling

+ Some experience in engineering, procurement and construction projects or maintenance projects in a planning and scheduling position, similar to that obtained through an internship, is favorable.

+ Coursework in construction management, or construction planning and scheduling

+ Due to the nature of work, candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with P6 (Primavera software) or Microsoft Project

+ Previous experience in Heavy Industrial EPC/maintenance project in a planning & scheduling position
