**Job Summary**

+ Review all the current Contract information with the existing AECOM Team, analyze and advise of any issue related to design and take active part as AECOM team member for the progress of the ADP project.

+ Advise of and gather any required specialist input to the design review and construction process and assist AECOM team to deliver full scope of services under the AECOM Contract Obligations.

+ Prepare design guidelines for the tenants designers to follow the design intent and Employer’s requirement. The guidelines should include all design brief and also sketches, typical details to better explain the requirements.

+ Attend various workshops related to the retail design and coordinate with AECOM’s internal project team to avoid clashes with the main building design.

+ Work and coordinate with the tenants and their design companies and review, comment and approve their drawings, including details, if the design is as per the approved tenants’ manual.

+ Inform the Project Manager, the Project Team and the Employer’s representative if the tenants’ design will effect in any of the existing design such as fire strategy, MEP layout provisions and requirements etc.

+ Coordinate and liaise with the local authority in terms of required local approval of the tenants design and guide the Employer any requirements for the necessary approvals beforehand.

+ Check and review materials proposed by the tenants’ designer and confirm that they are in accordance with or minimum fulfills the Employer’s requirements.

+ Raise any key points in relation to the Contract information that may be of any concern or risk to the Employer, discuss and agree the strategies to resolve any such issues together with the senior project team members.

+ Review, comment, approve or reject any Architectural design information or calculations in relation to but not limited to, Façade, setting out, finishes, selection of materials, details, interior design, external landscaping.

+ The review process should be in line with the AECOM and ADP project approved QA Plan Carry out regular site visits to review progress of works, update site team with any design modification and ensure that the Site Construction Supervision team are fully aware of approved designs and materials.

+ Ensure that the review process of the design documents and drawings, as well as materials are coordinated with Senior Construction Managers and Engineers.

+ Provide guidance to the on site engineers, construction supervisors and technadzors and support Senior Construction and Project Managers in relation to decisions made in relation to design and selection of materials.

+ Attend workshops/ meetings as and when required to resolve outstanding issues and to assist/ensure that the design is fully coordinated and is fully compliant with Employers Requirements.

+ Review all visual mock-ups that will be prepared by the Contractor and attend/witness any required tests performed (on or off site).

+ Provide technical assistance based on best experience/best practice and as per local and international regulations and assist the Engineer and Employer to ensure the highest level of quality of works and design delivery that matches the International and local Norms requirement and the Contract Specification.

+ Prepare various reports (weekly, monthly, progress and other reports) as required.

+ Review, checking and comment on architectural, civil, landscape works and façade installations and planning in terms of overall schedule

+ Buildability / methodology / schedule interrogation of variations and alternative proposals to brief and variations to main contract;

+ Support Project Director and HR Manager in selection of key team members

+ Support Lead Construction Supervision for all construction supervision based activities within CSC overall scope,

+ Support the project team in programme review, interrogation and liaison with key team members, contractor(s) and design team,

+ Support the Project Director/ Senior MEP manager/ Project Architect with MEP review, interrogation and liaison with Aecom Project Leads, contractor(s) and design team,

+ Support the Project Director / Project Architect with Architectural review, interrogation and liaison with Aecom Project Leads, contractor(s) and design team,,

+ Assist Sustainability/ LEED review, interrogation and liaison with Aecom Project Leads, contractor(s) and design team,,

+ Support and comment on the Contractors process for obtaining local permits, licences, project close out and compliance with Employers requirements and Expertisa

+ Support the Project Director to manage outcomes of design interrogation of variations and alternative proposals to brief and variations to main contract.

+ Provide relevant input to the requirements for AECOM Project reporting

+ Lead reviews and quality control processes and sign off of key elements / stages.

+ Provide any required details / proposed solutions in sketch and autocad format.

+ Manage direct reports,liaise with all other disciplines within AECOM, to ensure a collaborative solution.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Relevant Architectural Master's degree

+ Both Russian and English language required

+ Retail experience required in CIS countries

+ Fluent Russian and English is required.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ good design and drawing skills to demonstrate your flair for architecture;

+ a strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions;

+ sound analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail;

+ a keen interest in buildings and the built environment - an insight into Building Information Modeling (BIM) will also be a significant advantage;

+ excellent communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals;

+ good organisational and negotiation skills;

+ strong teamwork and leadership skills;

+ an understanding about the relationship between people, buildings and the wider environment;

+ a first-rate understanding of construction processes;

+ commercial awareness and business acumen;

+ reasonable mathematical skills;

+ project management skills;

+ excellent IT skills, including computer-aided design skills.
