**Responsibilities**

NBCUniversal’s Content Innovation Agency is seeking a Manager of Brand Strategy. This position is part of the team’s internal creative agency that develops the organization’s multiplatform creative marketing efforts for the organization. The right candidate will have both a creative mindset with a finger on the pulse of what’s new, now and next in digital marketing and creative content and an eagerness to understand, test and develop new technologies (AR, VR, mobile and more) for the purposes of both storytelling and marketing. The candidate should be able to think strategically, creatively and innovatively, with the ability to connect the dots across multiple inputs, present new creative ideas the push the envelope and bring projects to fruition on time. This position requires the ability to forge strong relationships across the portfolio, working with cross-functional teams including web development, research, creative, production and other marketing teams both inside and outside of the organization. The right candidate will have a positive attitude and be eager to learn.



+ Actively participate in the development, presentation, sell through and execution of creative multi-platform marketing, content and communication strategies that leverage innovative thinking and out-of-the-box ideas at various scales

+ Support the Strategic Marketing Team in concepting, developing and executing engaging digital/social content (video, graphic, written and more)

+ Plan and track complex digital marketing and creative content campaigns that include coordination of both internal and external teams. Develop milestones and schedules for projects, ensure team and stakeholder alignment and deliver on time with the ability to report out results

+ Create effective communications including emails, website content, project overviews, creative briefs, strategy presentations, social content and more

+ Serve as a thought leader on digital innovation and creative content creation; always ready to bring, iterate and test new ideas and technologies

+ With an understanding of the industry, organization and business, proactively develop new creative content and marketing opportunities to server the larger ad sales organization

+ Develop key relationships at all levels across the Ad Sales organization

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ 4+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising

+ Bachelor's Degree required

+ Excellent analytical and creative skills

+ Understanding of creative brand marketing and how to build intelligent and effective strategies across multiple platforms at various scales

+ Experience developing creative and engaging content for multiple platforms including web, social (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter) and more

+ Experience building marketing strategy pitches with a keen ability to communicate and sell through concepts

+ Experience with digital marketing, website front and back end development, website CMS, marketing and email automation platforms

+ Excellent storytelling, presentation, writing, organization and general communication skills

+ Outstanding written and oral communication skills; with direct past experiences in briefing creative and marketing teams

+ Entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit with a positive attitude
