**Job Summary**

Work as a strong business partner to provide effective HR generalist services to business lines leaders and internal clients in an equitable, effective and responsive manner

Work closely with business partners to provide regular HR analysis, oversee potential management gaps and assist on issue resolution.

Partner with internal customers, including business leaders and HR leaders to ensure HR provides support in talent attraction, development and retention, as well as HR process governance for business priorities.

Assist the HR management team on implementing new policies and procedures to ensure operational consistency and efficiency

Assist on HR projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on schedule with good quality.

Ensure that Company is in compliance with the local labor laws in the HR management function.

Drive employee communication and engagement to embody our culture.

Facilitate good communication with regional Centers of Excellence and other HR generalists within the China region to ensure good joint efforts.

Other ad-hoc assignments.

**Minimum Requirements**

Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant fields required.

10+ years’ human resources experience, preferably in a fast paced MNC environment.

Prior experience working with architectural, design or engineering firms is highly desirable so as to be able to leverage on knowledge of industry practice and connections.

Passionate, collaborative, curious, great learning agility.

Business acumen-Capable to understand the business needs that must be factored into HR strategy.

Continuous improvement mindset-focus on improvement of HR processes, governance processes and other internal processes.

External HR network of peer companies and multinational companies to understand industry trends of HR policies, practices and programs

Ability to engage and champion HR initiatives for direct and indirect team.

Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin

Good planning and analytical skills with proven project implementation ability

Sound knowledge of relevant employment labor laws and related regulations

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
