**Role Summary:**

The Partners Brand Marketing team works with independent movie studios to release their films into the home entertainment market on both physical and digital platforms. Brand Marketing is responsible for taking a lead role in the development/planning, analysis, marketing, and execution of product campaigns.

The Manager will be the champion for our partners and their films across the organization, including digital marketing, creative services, legal, sales, finance, operations, and more. The Manager’s main goal is to maximize the profitability of each release, while ensuring high partner satisfaction. This is a challenging role with great visibility across the organization and exceptional learning opportunities.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Owner of the Marketing P&L. Gathers cost information from cross-functional teams, performs analysis, and gathers all required approvals.

+ Develops sales goals using comp title analysis.

+ Oversees the execution of marketing plans to ensure projects are executed to budget and profitability is maximized.

+ Collaborates across the organization to ensure that partner studio and internal stakeholder needs are being met.

+ Proactively develops agendas for regular partner calls and track partner deliverables.

+ Oversees the creative work order project progress and tracking, ensuring that all project creative materials are executed according to schedule.

+ Works closely with field sales, operations, brand partners, creative teams, partner studios, and vendors to secure approvals.

+ Responds to partner inquiries across all aspects of the business.

+ Ensures all design, film and delivery of content is created to specification, on schedule and on budget.

+ Participates in dialog on projects at marketing team meetings and calls with field sales staff to discuss pending projects and communicates updates as needed.

+ Ensures that all teams are executing smoothly and on schedule.

+ Responsible for providing and analyzing promotion cost, sales, and other key metric estimates.

+ Conduct post-analyses and compile key learnings.

+ Create PowerPoint presentations as needed.


Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

+ Minimum 3 years of consumer marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to proactively lead initiatives to make a positive difference at a consumer-centric organization

+ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointAdditional Job Requirements:
