**Job Summary**

AECOM has an opening for a highly motivated and results oriented Manager of Talent Acquisition – to support its West region. The incumbent will be a key strategic resource to the Talent Acquisition Human Resources and Operations teams. As a Talent Acquisition business partner, this position will work closely with the Human Resources Director (HRD) and Business Leaders on all aspects of business operations and growth.

This position can be located anywhere within the west region.

Responsibilities:

+ Lead a talent acquisition team that provides recruitment support to the west region, set a professional example and manage to key metrics and performance indicators

+ Integral part of workforce planning to anticipate future needs and develop strategies to attract needed talent

+ Work closely with HR and Operations to create models to understand the current and future talent needs of the organization

+ Partner with staff including HR Business Partners, Resource Directors other Centers of Excellence, People Services to implement key programs vital to process improvements

+ Strategy development based on business plans to enhance talent attraction of top industry talent

+ TA subject matter expert to the business leaders in partnership with HR Director

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field required

+ 8+ years of experience within talent acquisition

+ 3+ years of experience managing/leading a talent acquisition team

+ Experience managing recruiting in an organization of at least 10,000 people

+ In depth experience working and consulting with the highest levels of senior management

+ Previous experience in a mid to large publicly traded organization

+ Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical skills and excellent judgment

+ High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality

+ Ability to multi-task with a developed sense of urgency and follow-through

+ Possess the experience, confidence, and presence to drive change

+ Have well-developed team building and influencing skills and unquestioned integrity

+ Ability to be forthright, receptive and persuasive throughout all levels of the organization

**Preferred Qualifications**

Construction, Infrastructure, or Civil engineering industry experience
