Primary Responsibilities:


  • Undertakes client research efficiently and is able to report findings to principals
  • Responds to inquiries from prospective clients, other consultants and third party agents regarding new pursuits and public relations, in both English and Chinese
  • Diligently maintains CRM/contact database



  • Monitors all assigned pursuits and initiatives, managing deadlines and coordinating with other marketing and technical staff as required
  • Organizes, coordinates and prepares marketing collateral in support of pursuits, including qualifications, proposals, and presentations
  • Prepares marketing materials including personnel and company qualifications, including CVs, descriptions of company core competencies and project portfolio
  • Completes and/or directs the completion of forms, questionnaires and gathering of pre-existing marketing qualifications as required
  • Prepares physical production of collateral, including printing, binding, and splicing
  • Coordinates with outside vendors (electronic transfer of data, reprographics, binding, etc.)  and consultants
  • Interacts both horizontally with other marketing staff across the region and firm, as well as vertically to business unit leadership as needed
  • Coordinates, assembles and prepares materials for client presentations and interviews
  • Prepares marketing reports from CRM database
  • Translates incoming and outgoing proposal and qualifications materials in English and Chinese



  • Assists with public relations efforts to increase company’s profile, via website, press releases, awards, publications, coordinating presence at events and conferences, etc.
Required Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications related field, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience
  • Moderate knowledge of design, the regional architecture industry, with prior experience in the field strongly preferred
  • Good organizational, communication and leadership abilities  
  • Strong Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Adobe Creative Suite application – InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator a must.
  • Strong graphics and writing skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin required
