**Job Summary**

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the

**EAGLE** contract for a

**Movement Supervisor** . The Supervisor supervises a professional team encompassing a wide range of functions within the discipline:Evaluates staff, comparing objectives and achievements in the assessment. Coaches employees in their professional career development and process improvements.

Issues discipline whenever required. Recommends termination or contract non-renewal when appropriate. Conducts weekly meetings with subordinates to review the status of operational requirements and other matters that pertain to the Statement of Work (SOW).Provides guidance and assistance to assigned personnel on current principles, practices, and procedures to be employed; quantity and quality of work expected; and tools and materials to be used.Plans work schedules, sequence of operations, and distribution of work; designates workers and assigns work; explains work requirements, methods and procedures; and assists with resolving problems.Maintains time and attendance records and equipment schedules and logs. Performs MTS Operations for all serviceable and unserviceable U.S. equipment and classes of supply, with the exception of classes III (B) and V, regardless of documentation, as directed by the ACO/PCO or automated systems.Directs un-forecasted surges in the workload and must have the ability to propose courses of action using available resources to satisfy the surge requirement.Prepare, maintain and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports as directed by Management. Ensure that all equipment assigned is properly maintain by using DA Form 2404 and other designated forms.Ensure strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures. Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries.Adhere to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ High School diploma or equivalent required.

+ Secret clearance required.

+ Driver’s license may be required

+ 1-3 years of experience related to Traffic Management and Defense Transportation System (DTS) required.

+ Must have a working knowledge of supply and the Defense Transportation System, DTS.

+ Must have some knowledge of the different Supply Classes.

+ Must have knowledge of packaging, blocking and bracing, and restraint requirements for surface movement of equipment

+ Must have demonstrated leadership and management skills, including a professional demeanor. Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees.

+ Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the effect of decisions overall in the company.

+ Must be able to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle a demanding workload.

+ Requires proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and related applications.

+ Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

+ Must be able to anticipate internal client needs.

+ Requires ability to communicate in verbal and written English.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Military experience preferred.
