Your Role

As a Gensler Project Manager, you will leverage your 10+ years’ experience in project management, and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client projects on time and on budget.  You will deploy resources to ensure that the work process flows smoothly and act as the primary liaison between the team and the client. Working on clients in the hospitality industry, you will be a part of a team that creates impactful and memorable experiences that will be remembered for a lifetime. 

What You Will Do

  • Implement one or more projects through management of project teams
  • Work with the Project Designer and Project Architect to provide leadership to the team and client; communicate project objectives, contract scope, terms, and schedule
  • Develop and monitor the project work plan, project schedule, fees, contracts, billings and collections
  • Prepare project proposals and negotiate fees and contracts
  • Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, project set up with clients, sub-consultants, vendors and contractors
  • Track financial performance of projects for success
  • Provide leadership to the team and client by communicating project objectives, contract scope, terms, and schedule

Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant project management experience
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or related field
  • Professional License or certification
  • Strong understanding of the FF&E process
  • Knowledge of latest versions of AutoCAD and Revit preferred
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and structures
  • Extensive knowledge of architectural and interiors principles/practices
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
