**Job Summary**

AECOM has an exciting opportunity in Afghanistan on the

**EAGLE** contract for an

**RPAT Operations Lead** . The Lead performs RPAT Operations for all U.S. equipment, various classes of supply, serviceable and unserviceable,as directed by the ACO, PCO or appointed Accountable Officers. Ensures responsible retrograde of wholesale equipment IAW available disposition.Facilitates the accountability, management and retrograde of various types of containers. Anticipates and plans for un-forecasted surges in the workload.Proposes courses of action using available resources to stratify a surge or “last minute” addition/change in requirement.

Ensures proper disposition for disposal of unserviceable equipment and supplies not economically repairable.Prepares transportation documentation for surface and air movement and coordinate with supporting agencies (HN, MCT/MCB, SDDC, A/DACG) for bookings, inspection and cargo drop off/pick up; prepare RF tags for all shipments. Provides in-transit visibility of cargo from origin to destination using ITV, GTN and other defense transportation tracking system. Ensures strict compliance to safety practices and support the AC FIRST Safety Policies and Procedures.Instills a safety first mentality within respective work areas and a culture that achieves low accident rates and minimal lost-time injuries. Adheres to ISO Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions in support of the AC FIRST Quality Management System. Performs other duties as assigned.

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Active Secret / Tier 3

+ Access to classifieds systems and sensitive detailed movement information, attends classified meetings.

+ Valid Driver’s license required.

+ High School diploma or equivalent required.

+ 2 years of experience in transportation, shipping and receiving required.

+ Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements and/or educational achievements may

+ be substituted for years of experience. Example: Two (2) years of experience is equivalent to (2) years of

+ college and vice versa.

+ Must have a working knowledge of Army and/or Air Force Transportation System.

+ Must have some knowledge of the different Army Supply System and classification there within.

+ Must have knowledge of packing, blocking, bracing and restrain requirements for aerial and surface

+ movement of equipment.

+ Must have knowledge of transportation documentation, TCMDs, packing list and MSLs, loading of containers,

+ pallets and flat racks and be knowledgeable in hazardous materials shipments.

+ Must have demonstrated leadership skills, including a professional demeanor.

+ Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees.

+ Requires strong interpersonal skills.

+ Requires a collaborative work style that fosters corporation and teamwork.

+ Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the effect of decisions

+ overall in the company.

+ Must be able to prioritize responsibilities in order to handle a demanding workload.

+ Requires proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and related applications.

+ Must be detailed oriented and have a high degree of accuracy.

+ Must be able to anticipate internal client needs.

+ Must have excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.

+ Must have the English language speaking ability to speak the language with sufficient structural accuracy

+ and vocabulary to participate effectively in most formal and informal conversations on practical, social, and

+ professional topics. Must be able to read standard newspaper items addressed to the general reader, routine

+ correspondence, reports, and technical materials in the individual's special field.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Experience with TC-AIMS II, TIPS Write3, AWRDS, IBS-CMM and/or ALLPS is preferred.
