The Global Partner enablement Manager will be responsible for developing, driving and measuring partner enablement strategy, frameworks and programs aimed at helping Concur partners and partner’s reps be successful in promoting, referring and marketing Concur’s solutions globally across all referral Partners at Scale. He/She will need to work with relevant stakeholders within the Channel Marketing team, the Business development teams and other teams across the SAP family to ensure alignment and adoption of best practices. He/She will work to define KPIs as well as to track channel enablement. He/She will deploy an effective, and scalable Digital Learning Platform (LMS) And would work with BD and Field CM to ensure sufficient adoption across Geos and partner types.

Position Description:

·  Define, develop, execute and manage Concur’s partner and partners’ reps scalable enablement strategy, framework and programs end to end, across all referral partner types and Geos.

·  Launch, deploy and manage Concur’s Learning Management System (LMS) to enable partner at scale and track consumption utilization by partners. Provide oversight on what enablement materials and tools we make available to partners via our Partner Portal (“PRM”) including keeping partners on par with what our internal teams have access to, making it easier to find materials, and optimizing partners’ usage of materials.

·  Partner/collaborate with relevant SME’s to develop content for programs, including, but not limited to Global Channel Marketing , Business Development, Product Marketing an field marketing as well as Concur’s Internal enablement team to ensure understanding requirements, understanding internal best practices, evaluating and choosing the right delivery model(s)

·  Develop accreditation/certification paths for curriculum based on Partner life cycle/tier as well as partner’s reps lifecycle at the “persona” level.

·  Deploy Partner Enablement efforts utilizing Digital marketing, social and other means to ensure optimal attendance and utilization, optimizing the use of online tools to be engaging and interactive.

·  Rationalize current Enablement programs such as Partner Ascend and Partner Engage and Learn

·  Leveraging / enabling Channel Development Managers/Field Engagement Managers to enable partners in a 1:1; 1:few setting.

·  Build relationships and partner with key teams as needed (with emphasize on the BD organization as well as Concur’s field organizations) across the globe to ensure enablement needs are consistently captured addressed and gaps are mitigated.

·  Develop yearly and quarterly activity calendar and ensure tracking mechanisms are in place for all enablement programs.


Position Requirements: Education, Experience & Training required:

·  Minimum of five years in partner marketing management with experience in business to business marketing of SaaS or other high technology products or services.

·  Experience in B2B 1:Many marketing is highly desired

·  Experience in enablement capacity is a plus

·  Working in and/or with Global (International) teams is highly desired

·  BS/BA in Marketing or equivalent experience.

Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:

·  Passion for enabling, teaching and implementing scalable solutions. Ability to work cross functionally with peer group of senior and executive leadership in order to achieve goals.

·  Effective communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).

·  Effective at coordinating efforts across a diverse and matrix organization in the execution of key initiatives and business/marketing plans.
