**Job Summary**

AECOM is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Scheduler for immediate employment for the Rancho Cordova / CDCR client office. AECOM is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, those listed below:

+ Provide guidance to team

+ Program schedule development with input from program manager, designers, client & construction team

+ Provide updates to the program schedule and contribute to program reporting

+ Provide cost and resource loading of the schedule for planning, design, construction, procurement and move-in Review and monitor schedules of other entities including, designers, contractors, etc

+ Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including understanding of current business trends

+ Act as an advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems

+ Oversee the administration of projects during the construction cycle including technical, financial, and client satisfaction

+ Accountable for the development, coordination, and execution of the program schedule and personnel under his/her direction on a day-to-day basis

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 4+ year’s experience in vertical construction projects or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience

+ Oracle/Primavera P6 experience

+ Good communication skills (written and verbal), proactive problem solving, ability to adjust to changing job environment, and background in office procedures

+ Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, Access and Power Point

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Ability to work in a client office and collaborate with multiple clients

+ Great attention to detail to deal with additional CDCR codes, client expectations etc.

+ Comfortable following AECOM's safety protocols

+ Thorough knowledge of engineering and construction principles, practices and procedures, applicable laws and government regulations, principles of management and supervision

+ As required by client, candidate must pass a drug screen and background check prior to employment

+ Due to the nature of the work, US Citizenship is required

+ Travel will typically be 5% to prisons across the state of California

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Education, Healthcare, Public Works or Corrections/Justice experience ideal

+ Master's Degree
