**Role Summary:**

The Senior Manager of Process Analytics will be responsible for the leadership, planning, design and execution of efficiency projects for the Financial Contract Administration and Reporting Group (FCAR) at NBCUniversal, driving process enhancement and reporting efficiencies across the group in alignment with the objectives set forth by the FCAR VP. Position will lead effort to improve and quantify performance, develop risk assessment algorithms to perform reporting audits improving accuracy, identifying anomalies while accelerating processing speed and capacity. Position will require a pro-active approach to problem solving, interest in programming (to assist in developing functionality with the in-house IT team) as well as excellent research, communication and follow through skill.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Lead and work with IT and FCAR management to develop and track projects to enhance efficiency of the reconciliation/reporting/statement distribution process

+ Develop strategy and timeline to build analytical capacity/functionality of the current reporting system, streamline statement distribution process, and build training programs for current staff to adapt to new functionality

+ Create and communicate metrics to ascertain success of projects as well as develop daily metrics to analyze department efficiency

+ Lead process improvement directives and ensure new processes are aligned and in compliance with various stakeholders (legal affairs, business affairs, tax, IT, AP)

+ Liaise with IT to facilitate and track the implementation of short and long term system enhancements.

+ Assist with Special Projects and other release-to-market reportings (e.g. Theatrical, Home Video, Television) as needed


Basic Qualifications:

+ BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field.

+ Background with 5 to 10 years of participations, consumer products, accounting, or finance experience in the entertainment industry.

+ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

+ Solid knowledge of Excel and SAP, PARIS experience preferred.

+ Experience in working with IT in developing system enhancements

+ Solid experience in analyzing large amounts of data (using Pivot Tables/PowerPivot)

+ Proven track record of leadership, implementing and managing change.

+ Excellent Communication Skills with customers as well as internal stakeholdersEligibility Requirements:
