CMG TV is currently seeking a Sr Product Manager to lead our mobile app products. As the Sr Product Manager for CMG TV you will engage with internal stakeholders, vendors, designers, developers and project managers to define mobile products and execute on mobile releases. Qualified candidates will possess a solid track record of shipped mobile applications with a consumer focus, specifically on the iOS and Android platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for creating outstanding user experiences for our consumers.

Primary responsibilities:
• Launch high quality mobile products
• Ability to lead direct and indirect reports
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary; GM / owner mentality
• Create and maintain functional requirements
• Consistent interaction with Digital Content Managers at stations
• Responsible for creation of mobile product roadmaps
• Prioritize point releases for existing apps
• Define, track and learn from metrics of success
• Stay focused on current industry trends
• Ability to think strategically and to translate ideas into actions
• Additional duties as needed


Basic Qualifications:
• Must have a minimum of 4+ years of product management experience; mobile exp preferred 
• Understanding of mobile app development process and store launches
• Examples of defining thorough and clear product requirements
• Must have excellent conceptual, communication and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of consumer facing mobile experiences
• Knowledge of iOS, Android, wearable devices and other emerging technologies
• Proficiency in Power Point / Excel
• Bachelors degree required

Ideal candidate would have these additional qualifications:
• Experience working with media organizations
• Strong understanding of mobile usability and design
• Experience working in an agile development process
• Background demonstrates a strong understanding of mobile strategy
