**Responsibilities**

The SVP of Measurement and Innovation at NBCU will be a key leader on the NBCU Ad Sales Research team. S/he will be a thought leader who drives the strategic vision and measurement agenda to enable effective cross platform planning, and campaign measurement and proving the efficacy of media spend across the NBCU portfolio. The ideal candidate will be a consultative strategist, thought leader, and strong collaborator who works across cross functional teams to identify and build measurement solutions that drive business growth for NBCU and its vast array of clients across the portfolio.



Responsibilities for the SVP, Measurement and Innovation, include, but are not limited to:



• Develop and deploy strategic vision for the Ad Sales Research teams

• Design and build new capabilities and solutions that measure the effectiveness of advertiser spend across the NBCU portfolio

• Drive measurement agenda with internal and external research and analytics stakeholders

• Drive thought leadership around cross platform measurement

• Create cross platform attribution models across the NBCU portfolio

• Lead NBCU’s market positioning within the marketing/advertising, media and research community as an industry leader

• Engage in client partnerships to build unified measurement solutions across the portfolio

• Partner with cross functional teams to define a unified messaging strategy in the marketplace

• Focus on translating data and analytics into actionable insights

• Engage in conversation around identifying new business opportunities; and build related measurement strategies around those opportunities

• Build and develop team of industry leading change agents focused on thought leadership, best in class insights, analytics and measurement and industry leading change agents

• Promote a culture of collaboration, problem solving and teamwork

**Qualifications/Requirements**

• Minimum of 15 years in advertising research with an emphasis on measurement and relevant education in advanced analytics

**Desired Characteristics**

• Experience working at major corporation developing and activating Media Mix Modeling, Digital Attribution or other Advanced Analytics capabilities

• Understanding role of marketing and communication strategies in driving media mix decisions

• Track record for building collaborative relationships across the organization and within the advertising industry

• Champion for research, analytics and insights across the organization

• Strong understanding of emerging analytics techniques and how they translate into actionable insights for the business

• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

• Masters or higher in analytics/statistics field preferred
