**Job Summary**

Position can be in Germantown, MD or Chantilly, VA with travel to the other location as necessary.

AECOM is seeking a Vice President of Pricing to come join the Management Services (MS) Group Financial Strategy team in the Washington DC metro area. This position plays a vital role in shaping the future of the Management Services Operating Group and AECOM as a whole. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Financial Strategy.

The ideal candidate should have a demonstrated record of very strong leadership and strategic thinking skills and be a high-energy/hands-on practitioner focused on driving continuous pricing sophistication across the organization.

+ Acts as change leader, who leads by example to create an inspiring team environment and establishes team performance standards in alignment with our collaborative and high performance culture.

+ Accountable for the on-going development of the Pricing team (approximately 30+ professionals), tools, and supporting processes.

+ Sets the vision, prioritization and roadmap for a high profile / high impact pricing organization that leverages all capabilities across AECOM and balances value proposition, profit goals and market price sensitivity into robust and competitive pricing strategies.

+ Strong communication skills and executive presence. Partners and builds consensus across functional partners and influences decision making within executive-level audiences. Able to succinctly and professionally defend and challenge positions in both verbal and written communications.

+ Owns our Cost Estimating System Manual (CESM) and is responsible for maintaining it as well as ensuring adherence to it through deployment of training curriculums and internal controls.

+ Proactively monitors and analyzes the pipeline to determine upcoming proposal requirements and plan the assignment of resources as needed.

+ Leads internal proposal reviews as applicable (including, but not limited to, color team reviews, other major reviews and sign-offs).

+ Performs quality assurance reviews to ensure that the cost and price proposal components are accurate, responsive to solicitation requirements, in line with the technical volume and are compliant with company’s current disclosed practices, policies and procedures.

+ Responsible for oversight of the Price to Win (PTW) and Estimating group deliverables in all phases of the business development lifecycle.

+ Performs all other position related duties as assigned or requested

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree in related field and at least 12+ years of proposal pricing and/or financial experience in the government contracting industry. Master’s Degree preferred.

+ Led pricing efforts on multi-billion dollar opportunities

+ Able to demonstrate experience with Cost Estimating System reviews by DCAA and DCMA

+ Able to demonstrate experience in developing and defending cost/price proposals that require certified cost and pricing data

+ Must have a working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)

+ Some commercial pricing experience would be highly desirable

+ Strong organization and planning skills

+ Position requires occasional CONUS and OCONUS Travel

+ Position may require the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
