What you’ll be doing as our new Account Executive

  • You will work effectively in cross-functional groups to manage the execution of rewards program payments, creating strong relationships build on mutual trust
  • You will successfully manage expectations and communications with Client, internal teams and outside suppliers, to ensure that all projects goals and objectives are met on time
  • You will work to ensure flawless execution for your data-driven programs by:
  • Preparing briefings & creating thorough business requirements documents on a project-by-project basis to be presented to the cross functional teams.Conducting internal testing (quality assurance) for customer reward programs (data & calculations) and the corresponding digital tools
  • Properly managing priorities, completing risk assessments and overcoming and resolving any challenges
  • Support the development of digital tools and reports that support the rewards program fulfillment
  • You will work nurture great client relationships through providing project status updates, ensure communication flows effectively and that client requests are managed in a timely manner.

  • Diploma or degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics
  • Project Management
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Agricultural industry knowledge or background an asset
