Opening: Advanced Payroll Specialist with Portuguese
Location: Barcelona, Spain / Madrid, Spain
I. Overview:
ADP Iberia is dedicated to providing HR and Payroll outsourcing services to clients. To provide the best service, it must have a large area of customer service professionals and a product that provides service to both customer users and internal users who carry out the entire payroll process, portal administration, management with Social Security, etc.
Objective of the role:
  • Manage the assigned client portfolio, complying with the agreed deadlines in each process and ensuring optimal quality in the results delivered.
  • Ensure legal compliance, in accordance with current regulations, in all processes carried out and proactively seek improvements that can ensure greater quality or efficiency in service.
  • Participate in those internal projects that the company can assign in order to implement new tools or processes.
II. Responsibilities:
  • On-site customer service management: specific requirements, requests related to the management process of your service as well as legal aspects.
  • Resolution and management of incidents derived from the service
  • Holding periodic meetings with the clients in charge: Agree and update the payroll calendar and daily processes agreed with the client
  • Review and preparation of data related to administrative processes for processing on payroll (Performance of functional tests on the platform/s)
  • Processing of the client's payroll and carrying out the necessary controls defined by the department to ensure the quality of the process and customer service.
  • Management of the client's rental period
  • Preparation and sending of periodic reports related to the payroll process (personal income tax, social security files, payroll accounting chart ...)
III. Qualifications.
1. Experience:
  • Around 5-7 years of experience in Payroll
  • Portuguese labor law knowledge
  • Knowledge of payroll and HR applications and programs
  • EXCEL advanced knowledge
  • More than 500 payrolls processed
  • DMR
  • Social Security
  • FCT
  • Processing new hires and leaves
2. Competences / Skills:
  • Customer Management
  • Planning and organized
  • Detail orientation
  • Proactivity and initiative
  • Negotiation
  • Autonomy
3. Studies:
  • Human Resources or similar.
  • Middle cycle education / higher grade
4. Languages:
  • Spanish (a plus)
  • Fluent English (fuent - mandatory)
  • Portuguese (native - mandatory)
