Your mission is to continue improving our ways of working by enabling and empowering our organization during its journey towards business Agility.
As an agile coach, you will guide teams to understand and achieve the benefits of agile ways of working, while enabling self-organization, autonomy, and the delivery of high quality software solutions - used by companies worldwide. Also, you will help those outside the teams to recognize how to best interact with Agile Teams and maximise the creation of value.
Although we began adopting Agile & Lean some time ago, we still have a long journey ahead. You will face complex organizational challenges that will require your passion, knowledge, humbleness, and servant-leadership.

* Become the team protector & host leader
* Guide teams to continual improvement and skilful usage of Scrum
* Enable high-performance, motivated, and self-organized teams
* Promote change that improves transparency, quality and productivity
* Share Agile values & principles, together with technical practices
* Ensure close collaboration & communication across all functions
* Build a great work culture with other change agents
Skills needed to overcome existing challenges:
* Knowledgeable and experienced with Scrum (and other Agile methods)
* Responsibility for maximising throughput and Scrum usage & benefits
* Influential in the adoption of Agile/Lean, and related technical practices
* Passionate about people, team dynamics, and culture
* Enabler of self-organization, autonomy, and removal of impediments
* Proactive with excellent communication, listening, and facilitation skills
* Owner of relevant metrics to show progress and improvement
* Good understanding of software development life cycle
* Ability to work in multi-cultural & distributed environments
* Proficient in English
Valued extras:
* Certified Scrum Master and/or Product Owner
* Experience as a Developer and/or Product Owner
* Track record of projects where you applied Agile & Scrum successfully
* Knowledgeable with Agile PM tools: like Jira, Rally (CA)
* Experience sharing Agile/Lean initiatives to the whole organization
