As we continue to enhance our pricing capabilities, strategies, and tactics we are looking to hire a Business Analyst -- Pricing Strategy for the Pricing Center of Excellence team. The Business Analyst will support the management of several new revenue management tools. The analysis and associated strategies will support the execution of several key transformation initiatives at ADP. The position will act as a subject matter expert providing pricing analysis, guidance and insights on analyses performed working with multiple businesses units. The candidate will work collaboratively with key pricing stakeholders, Business unit Finance and Strategy leaders across the organization.\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003EThe role requires excellent quantitative and modeling skills; strong presentation and communication skills; a highly organized, detail oriented strong project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; expert proficiency in SQL database management tools (such as Access, Brio, Crystal Reports or Toad), Excel, VBA and PowerPoint) and Tableau required. Experience working with advanced data manipulation tools such as Alteryx and statistical software such as R, SPSS or SPSS Modeler highly desirable.\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003EPRICING CAPABILITIES (Systems \u0026 Tools)\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* Partner with the business unit Sales, Finance and Sales leadership to ensure tool adoption by providing detailed and complex pricing analysis to drive change in company practices ensuring development, execution and management of pricing process, policies and system\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* Lead the ongoing development, management, analysis and support of pricing initiatives and process changes. Using the pricing tools analyze current and historical results of pricing activity and transactional data to identify actionable opportunities, develop ideas, and make recommendations to improve pricing performance\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* Supports pricing programs and updates working with ADP Sales Operations \u0026 IT groups on the following tasks: analyze, recommend and maintain system configuration matching to business needs. Maintains systems data and quality. Present results and update recommendations to multiple executive level audiences\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* Ensure consistency of pricing practices.\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* Work cross functionally and be a key corporate resource for sales, finance, operations and product management in the businesses to correctly position and establish pricing strategies and performing pricing projects supporting the businesses as needed\u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* 3-5 years\u0027 experience in a highly analytical business function ideally with a B2B organization (such as strategy, marketing, finance or related functions)\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* Areas of study --business administration, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science, strategy, finance, pricing\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* Preferred but not required experience with Pricing analysis or equivalent at a large firm or consulting firm; using pricing and revenue management software; providing strategic recommendations to clients\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* Exposure to one or all of the following: pricing \u0026 strategy, pricing implementation, segmentation, category management, promotional pricing, and discounting\u003C/div\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E* Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment * Strong communication skills both written and oral.
