Due to dynamic growth, we're currently looking for a talented candidate for a very interesting role of:

Business Process Automation Specialist (RPA, AI)

On this position, you'll either lead or support project teams and are responsible for the successful planning, coordination and implementation of automation projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities and assess automation feasibility in close collaboration with business process owners and business process experts
  • Document the business processes in detail and develop as-is and to-be process flows
  • Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize and deliver assigned requirements
  • Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to stakeholders accordingly
  • Coordinate the full lifecycle of automation development. Take responsibility for the automation solution delivery according to plan
  • Take responsibility for communication with stakeholders (organize presentations and report project progress and activities)
  • Support the operational teams during the UAT and roll-out phases
  • Configure e.g., new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand
  • Resolve issues within RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required
  • Encourage new business units for automation solutions
  • Explore new technologies and solutions for RPA

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of applicable experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects
  • Experience in working with global business stakeholders and multiple IT teams in a big international company
  • Strong in requirement gathering, statistics and financial analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind)
  • Ability to coordinate projects, present and communicate results with understanding of customers expectations
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment, take initiative and be a self-starter with "can do" attitude
  • Ability to guide developers and implement automation solutions independently
  • Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams with identifying and architecting business processes for RPA automation
  • Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English and Polish languages
  • Knowledge of IBM RPA tools will be an asset (e.g. BlueWorks, BluePrism, Business Process Manager)
