Must be proficient in both elements.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop and execute business plans with each Major Account Sales partner to define your strategies and tactics for success\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop strong relationships and collaborate closely with internal channels and product partners; optimizing \u0026quot;center of influence\u0026quot; to best fit client needs during the sales process, including shared sales credit\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team to drive HCM expansion with new and existing clients and firms.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEducate external referral partners on the difference between ADP solutions, specifically the value proposition of Business Process Outsourcing.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ol\u003E \u003C/div\u003E \u003Cp\u003EADP believes in setting you up for success.
