Purpose and Objective: SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant at our Newtown Square, Pennsylvania location (& various client sites nationwide) to be responsible for application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support).

 

Expectations and Tasks: Provide support in escalated projects and performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews. Also responsible for support of pre-sales activities. Take over responsibility from time to time as a sub project team leader/ team lead and to support respective line manager(s) in people development tasks. Responsible for detailed planning of process implementation; defining detailed blueprint for development requirements; and industry / corporate process implementation across all related applications (SAP/non-SAP). Develop and assure quality of process models; demonstrate profound knowledge of modeling standards and tools. Responsible for: Business Blueprinting, Customizing, Customizing Synchronization, Cut-Over-Planning, Documentation, Global Roll-Out, Mobile Apps and Use Cases, Practice Engineer, Process Modelling, and Project Preparation Technical. 100% travel required.

 

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field of study and 6 years of experience required. Will also accept a Master's degree and 4 years of experience.

 

 

Work Experience: Experience must include: implementing solutions across complex landscapes including Cloud and OnPremise environments; end to end CRM (customer relationship management) processes; SAP Cloud solutions and knowledge of SAP integration technology (SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP HANA Cloud Integration and SAP Netweaver PI to support final design for end to end solutions); and integration and troubleshooting of Master Data from source system. 100% travel required.
