Client Management Coordinator

We currently have a need for a Broadcast Media Client Management Associate. This individual will be part of our Client Management Team that serves (post product implementation), as overall agency / buyer and system SME’s and relationship managers as we help steward the buy sell process for stations, media buyers and partners around the US.
The customer facing professional will provide support and user guidance to assure that clients fully understand Videa’s value proposition (how it enhances and impacts the advertising campaign lifecycle including; avails requests, building of the buy, ordering, Videa validation, station order placement and fulfillment); responding to and resolving all questions and or issues.
Additionally, this individual will:
  • Educate buyers & Sellers on how to use the system, dashboards and overall functionality of the tools
  • Answer client questions related to order management
  • Support the client managers in the day to day business operations
  • Troubleshoot user issues or elevate to appropriate parties (technical support, implementation and/or product management
  • Continually work to assure that clients have a positive experience and understand the value proposition of all Videa products
  • Assist in testing new features and versions of the Videa product to enhance knowledge and improve ability to support buy-side and sell side users


Qualifications


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3+ years’ work experience, within an agency or sales within a station or a rep firm desired (Broadcast TV, Advertising, Cable or Media Buying)
  • Broad and deep understanding of local and national television broadcast, MPVD / MSO and digital advertising value chain including sales, technology systems, finance, and operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Commitment to being accountable for results
  • Capacity for building relationships both internally and externally
  • Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to self-start and proactively manage multiple tasks
  • Flexible and creative orientation comfortable with early-stage, start-up organizational environment
