Title: HCM Service Consultant


  1. Fluent Japanese to be able to communicate technical topics with client directly
  2. Kronos technical background.

GJA: Technical band 6


  • Be a true consultant to the client and interpret all clients' needs
  • Analyze and resolve queries related to corrupt data, application program code errors, system performance, operating environment etc.
  • Cooperation with other support team members, management staff, internal and external partners, vendors and the client's end users at various levels of technical ability and application experience
  • Utilizing technical expertise, product training and knowledge of the deployed hosting and premise infrastructure, networks, programming and relational database concepts
  • Implement high quality, sound solutions for new and existing clients
  • Translating highly technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Support the organizations high client satisfaction targets.


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in work experience preferred.


  • Ability to communicate to all levels of clients, including business decision makers.
  • Required minimum of 2+ years' experience in an application support role, as a business analyst, consultant, or with software implementations.
  • Preferred experience with Kronos Workforce Central, ADP Enterprise eTIME or Time and Attendance concepts.
  • Preferred experience in relevant industry, as HRIS practitioner and/or with HR/PR system implementations.
  • Ability to travel to support client on-site if needed.

  • Experience in relevant industry, as HRIS practitioner and/or with system implementations.
  • Must have knowledge in using Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of various operating systems.
