  • Create integrated multi-channel strategies for engaging audience segments, including youth, first-time voters, and influencers, across web, social, email, and SMS.

  • Define and monitor key analytics to assess how effectively our content is engaging users across platforms and optimize campaigns and content.

  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight for organic and paid social campaigns, including targeting strategies, budgets, messaging, and success metrics.

  • Ability to think strategically while keeping track of details.

  • Ability to generate ideas and solve problems.

  • Understanding of how to create content for diverse audiences; experience working with youth and immigrant communities, including facility with language(s) other than English, would be a significant asset.

  • Sensibility for how content can be packaged and leveraged across platforms.

  • Ability to define quantitative metrics / KPIs, assess performance, and optimize strategies based on insights; facility with Google Analytics, SEO, and digital advertising platforms strongly preferred.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to lead and collaborate within and across teams; effective team-building and coaching skills.
