The candidate will join our growing digital marketing team and partner with sales, marketing operations and internal stakeholders to move our digital business forward.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITES: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for projects on ADP.com, with focus on lead generation\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Partner with subject matter experts to craft messaging and experiences that drive engagement\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Collaborate with creative agencies to build great experiences for our target audiences\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Propose and utilize user research (e.g., interviews, testing, competitive analysis) to ensure optimal experiences for prospects\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Work closely with our digital analytics lead to develop KPIs to track performance\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Lead strategic planning to ensure focus on projects that drive success\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Evaluate innovative marketing technologies that enable effective experiences for prospects\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Work with stakeholders to define, document, and communicate clear objectives for projects\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Ensure creative alignment with strategic objectives\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Partner with Conversion Rate Optimization manager to optimize user experiences\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Partner with our digital production lead to ensure strategies are translated into action\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EREQUIREMENTS: \u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* 7\u002B years of building successful digital marketing strategies (preferably in B2B SaaS environment), based on audience insight\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Proven ability to formulate strategic messaging and value propositions\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Able to work in a cross functional team\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Versed in user experience best practices and voice of customer research * Experience with A/B testing\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Adept at leveraging web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mouseflow, HotJar, etc.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Experience with audience segmentation\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including ability to coordinate across highly matrixed environment\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Tech-savvy and interested in latest digital technology and tools available\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Well-organized, high attention to detail, deadline-oriented\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E* Willingness to roll up sleeves and execute\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/div\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cdiv\u003E.\u003C/div\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
