Job Responsibilities:

BASIC FUNCTION:

The Director of Digital is responsible for creating and converting inbound traffic to the various digital conversion points we have across the ADP brand in EMEA. This role will be critical to the growth success of our business and will have a high level of input and ownership into the overall digital strategy.

Main responsibilities focus on the optimization of digital channels and traffic drivers, including but not limited to; SEM (SEO/PPC, use of intent data to drive decisions on content and placement, PPL/Content syndication, paid display (beyond search), Social media (inc paid), management of domain authority, growth of presence in major SERPs, ), the continuous design, dev and testing of the sites' UX connected to the increase of on-page conversion (CRO), continuous analysis of digital performance and best use of digital content to drive demand.

This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Digital and Demand for ESI (EMEA/APAC/LATAM), but will work very closely on a day-to-day basis with the wider digital and non-digital marketing team, in particular the Director of Demand (telemarketing) to ensure digital interest is converted to sales opportunity and the Eloqua team to ensure all digital top of funnel is nurtured effectively to drive sales demand and buyer progression.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partners with business units/functions to ensure web presence and propositional content is reflective of current GTM and that copy and content are optimized for conversion
- Builds and develops clear procedural improvements to content management and production to ensure ease of management and speed of delivery
- Measure, track and develop strategies to improve performance of all country sites
- Assess and suggest best of breed approaches for digital prospect acquisition
- Build and execute a market dominating strategy for SEO, PPC and paid social
- Work with the wider digital team to optimize the EMEA websites content, key PPC landing pages, form conversions and broader paid mediaactivity
- Management of digital demand budget
- Responsible for all digital advertising goals and metrics including CPL, CPA and overall ROI
- Develop and implement a relevant and effective affiliate strategy
- Create and maintain a close working relationship with the telemarketing and inside sales teams to ensure maximum conversion of digital hand-raisers and flow of digital leads
- Manage the daily interactions with supporting external agencies and Google
- Builds high-converting landing pages for all campaign destinations (social, email, PPC, display etc) using best practices and applied experience of performance enhancing approaches to UX
- Works with creative and content teams to build compelling and on-brand copy and content, sharing results and findings from each project to improve subsequent work
- Ensure integration of lead data and lead scoring flow between CMS, Eloqua and SFDC to capture attribution and conversion
- Use testing and advanced analytics tools such as heat and click maps to determine best approach to UX and page design and layout
- Build appropriate and accurate reporting dashboards to monitor the organic/paid search and paid media KPIs
- Develop use of social media at ADP as a tool for lead generation and brand visibility
- Contribute to any corporate initiative as needed.

EXPERIENCE:

- A minimum of 6+ years' experience working within a digital B2B Marketing environment preferably for a software company, with direct responsibility for delivery and optimization of web presence and digital content management, promotion and execution
- 3+ years of management experience of a digital marketing team
- 4+ years of PPC and SEO optimization management
- 4+ years of managing external agencies to support targets and achievement of goals
- 4+ years using CMS tools
- Good knowledge of responsive HTML, CSS, JavaScript, mobile, web infrastructure and website management
- Light but proven design skills, focused on ensuring high-performing web page templates and destination landing pages
- International experience working with different cultures and languages in a global organization required
- Use of analytic and business intelligence tools to improve and deliver digital strategy. Including but not limited to tools such as; Piwik, GA, Tag Manager, Optimizely, CrazyEgg or related software tools required
- Experience working within a direct sales organization in B2B marketing with a proven proficiency in developing and executing integrated marketing programs a plus.

- Problem Analysis/Resolution - Gathers information on issues to construct options and either make decisions or recommends options to Sr. Mgmt, as appropriate
- Anticipates, identifies, and resolves problems in a timely manner.
- Assigns tasks to appropriate cross functional resources but most importantly owns the follow-up.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical staff and convey complex ideas.
