You will help lead and manage cross-portfolio cohesive strategies and initiatives, and will own and support operational functions to drive an efficient and effective product organization that delivers against Compliance Solutions business and product portfolio objectives.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EIn this position you\u0027ll have four primay focus areas and functions:\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDefine, evangelize, lead, and/or manage cross-product portfolio strategies and initiatives\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify, track and communicate portfolio-level OKRs, metrics and market insights\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage cross-portfolio product roadmaps and ongoing product planning processes\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOwn, advise, manage and execute Product Management operational efforts and needs\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003EThe ideal candidate will be execution-oriented and will have broad experiences which include Product Management, Strategic Planning, Program/Project Management, Finance and Portfolio Analysis. Own the portfolio-level OKRs and alignment with the ADP Global Product and Technology OKRs.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETrack market and competitive trends across the Compliance Solution products in support of driving business and portfolio priorities.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELead the annual strategic sales and product planning processes and deliverables at the portfolio level. Help manage and communicate changes through the year.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETake ownership of deliverables to drive consistency and process improvement across Compliance Solutions Product Management operations and organization for the purpose of monthly reporting, product planning, roadmap visibiltity, quarterly updates and other activities.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to synthesize research, metrics, status reporting and other forms of content into easily accessible and consumable information.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EManage other cross-portfolio needs or initiatives and execute against them as needed.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBroad product management experience (10\u002B yrs) with experience in an Agile environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E5\u002B years in a analyst, or strategy constultant role in support of the technology sector\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EA team builder who can lead, motivate and inspire others through influence and persuasion within a fast-paced, high energy and heavily matrixed environment.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EHighly evolved analytical skills with ability to conduct quantitative and qualititative analysis to ensure clear and sound data based decision-making.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated ability to navigate through complex organizations and develop networked relationships.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated ability to adapt and thrive within corporate culture.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience presenting insights and updates to senior leadership with strong self-awareness.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMature ability, and strict attention and passion to detail in organizational skills, presentation materials and other deliverables\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s degree or equivalent in education and experience\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExceptional organizational, written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills and the ability to execute under tight deadlines, ability to juggle multiple tasks and changing priorities\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMultiple years experience in a professional services firm such as KPMG, BCG, or Accenture.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience with Product Management roadmap software applications such as Aha, Clarity, or ProductPlan.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrevious experience with Tax, Tax Credits, Wage Payments or other regulatory, compliance, risk/audit environments.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnd to end product experiences from implementation, integration, systems, web and mobile experiences.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EStrong project or program management skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPrevious operational management experience including leading direct and matrixed teams\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cdiv\u003E#LI-AS1\u003C/div\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
