In a nutshell: ADP is growing its Global Employer Brand and Marketing team. The Global Employer Brand and Marketing Director will play an important role on a small, focused, and super collaborative team. Looking for a talented, enthusiastic marketing professional with self-motivation and drive, who recognizes and pursues excellence in all they do. Someone who is:

THINGS YOU'LL DO:

  • Operates Confidently Hands-On
    • Comfortable and capable of communicating across all roles in the company from the executive suite on down.
    • Understands and embraces that everyone's contribution is important and valued, and thrives in a hands-on, collaborative environment.
  • Obsesses Over The Candidate Experience and Builds Internal Advocacy
    • Creates compelling and memorable candidate experiences: From top of the funnel discovery and attraction to onboarding, creates and drives fantastic online and offline branded experiences leveraging our new employer value proposition across all touchpoints.
    • Partner with Corporate Marketing, Global Leadership and Development, and vendors to represent Talent Acquisition in developing and rolling out Brand Ambassador program from an Employer Brand perspective
  • Delight Digital Lurkers With Content
    • Align cross-functionally with Human Resources, Social Responsibility, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Acquisition, and Corporate Marketing to create and execute a seamless brand content strategy.
    • Bridge the gap between Corporate Marketing and Talent Acquisition to develop and activate content to engage internal and external candidates.
    • Create and curate content on a regimented schedule to keep career sites and employer brand properties current
  • Build and Execute Marketing Strategy Like A Boss
    • Own campaign development and execution across Global Talent Acquisition, leveraging and aligning with employer brand and voice to both satisfy recruitment needs and expand talent network.
    • Design and activate engagement strategy for members of the Talent Network through relevant communications, content sharing, and gamification.
    • Drive Recruitment Marketing tool strategy.
    • Leverage content strategy and social media activation calendars to support nurture activities.
    • Measure KPIs for ROI in Recruitment Marketing efforts
  • Provide Data Insights thought Employer Brand KPIs and analytics
    • Weave a data-driven story of performance for Employer Brand through Google Analytics, social metrics, and compare to industry stats and benchmarks.
  • Evangelize Employer Brand Management Best Practices
    • Develop content for key topics in EBM
    • Train talent acquisition and key stakeholders on topics such as: Employer Value Proposition, Persona creation, Candidate Experience, Leverage social media tools for optimal sourcing experience, Writing compelling job content.

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • BA/BS in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent degree.
  • Project Management experience
  • 7+ years of related hands-on experience in marketing content and execution, and digital and social media strategies
  • Created or developed an employment brand for a tech company or that was tech focused
  • Direct experience in developing and executing marketing content strategies and social media campaigns without relying on an agency
  • Hands-on experience with website analytics, recruitment marketing, or marketing automation tools.
  • Design acumen with the ability to use and self-learn new tools

BONUS POINTS FOR THESE:

  • Prior Employer Brand Management experience
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop or Creative Suite, Wordpress, Video editing software, and other design tools
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the principles of branding, marketing, and digital media
  • Knowledge of analytics, tracking and social media tools
  • Prior digital agency experience a plus
  • High energy self-starter who is intellectually curious and passionate about digital engagement experiences
  • Strong experience and understanding of social media strategies, tools and execution
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Can craft high-level, strategic recommendations and manage and execute at the most granular level
  • Skilled at providing a balanced perspective and providing information that speaks to target audiences
  • Is a team player who communicates with all stakeholders and builds strong cross-functional relationships
