WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

Be subject matter expert for Time & Labor Workforce Management solutions. Missions is to evaluating current and future state systems along with business processes to identify ways to optimize their workforce, gain new analytic (BI) insights, increase business agility, reduce total cost of ownership, improve efficiency and mitigate risks specifically in Time & Labor Management.

Help executives and their organizations identify and align the ways in which human capital management technology solutions can optimize their people to drive their global strategic business objectives. Also entails supporting a myriad of front-end data collection options with robust employee self service capabilities (bar code/proximity/magnetic stripe/biometric readers, IVR and mobile/tablet apps). Frequently configure personalized, scripted demos and present results to "C" level executives, respond to RFPs; lead internal/external technical discussions/analysis sessions.

Modernize and optimize Workforce Management solution processes to reduce operating expense, mitigate compliance risks and improve overall workforce engagement and productivity.

Sharing market opportunity and insights that enhance competitive positioning and drive positive business outcomes to reduce total cost of ownership and free up capital for strategic investments.

Consult and collaborate with each client to help increase visibility and control of labor costs, ensure compliance with complex labor regulations, and promote business process efficiencies that increase productivity and reduce risk.

Job duties include calling on new and existing National Accounts (1000+ employees) that process payrolls decentralized to access product and service requirements for potential ADP sales. Attain or exceed 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts. Develop annual business plan, determine sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals.

EXPERIENCE YOU'LL NEED: Required Qualifications

Five or more years of work experience

Business-to-business sales experience in Time & Attendance Automation, Workforce Management, Workforce Optimization, Workforce Planning, Workforce Scheduling, Workforce Analytics, FMLA & Leave Administration, Absence Management, Wage & Hour / Department of Labor / ACA Compliance, Decision Support Tools, Benefits Administration, Dependent Verification Services, Mobile Workforce Applications, Human Capital Management (HCM).

Strategic sales experience in the Human Capital Management and Workforce Management disciplines helping national, international and global organizations.
