Sales engagement will be at senior executive level-typically CFO, HR VP and CEO level as well as conducting due diligence with middle management in HR, IT and Finance roles.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop and explore business opportunities; maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers, identify and, where possible, influence prospect needs\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo work from data provided by various sources which is relevant to defined target market e.g. inbound enquires, marketing campaigns, global referrals, 3rd party referrals, etc.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EConduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team; get pre-sales supports for large deal/pursues.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork closely with other ADP team like Client Services, Technology, Marketing, and Finance as well as the ADP worldwide salesforces to maximize ADP \u0027s value proposition to clients\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETo provide weekly/monthly updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement; use the ADP standard system and tools to ensure the sales process efficiency\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECreate own sales plan within overall framework to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cbr /\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS \u0026 EXPERIENCE\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor degree or above\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAt least 3 years sales experience in leading HR technology or service outsourcing industry\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EOutstanding selling skills with a track record of closing new business.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUnderstand the company HR, Payroll and Benefits knowledge and practices in China\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESkilled at leveraging resources to facilitate relationship building\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent English language skill, and Japanese language is a plus\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGood presentation and negotiation skill\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAbility to work under pressure\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWell developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate well at all organizational levels\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
