Responsibilities

As our Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be representing ADP and all the (international) services and products that we can offer to our clients. Your main responsibility is on creating new business opportunities and make sure you close the deal. You will be directly reporting to the Sales Director of Sales and will have tight relationships with other local District Managers, Global Sales Managers, and local Sales Managers and important stakeholders in the ADP organization.

Profile

We are looking for a candidate that is just as enthusiastic and eager as we are. But also someone who can bring in:

  • Must-Have: At least 7 years of sales experience within the HCM, payroll industry, preferred in the environment of Enterprise / Global Accounts
  • Experienced new business closer on an international level.
  • Driven by success, results, and overachieving.
  • Excellent communication skills, personal integrity, and a positive attitude.
  • Knows how to act within an international matrix organization.
  • Finished a bachelor's or master's degree.
  • Native in German and fluent in English is mandatory
