Enterprise eTime Director, Implementation - HRIS/HR Systems

This role will begin as a remote position in Alpharetta GA, and eventually shift fo an in office role later. Candidates must be based in Alpharetta, Atlanta Metro area OR be willing to relocate there.
ADP is hiring a Enterprise eTime Director, Implementation. In this position you will manage and lead Implementation activities for the GlobalView Implementation organization. Responsibility for ensuring client relationship/expectation management and the Project team's ability to deliver client requirements within project deadlines and budget.

Regularly involved in steering committee meetings and manages their direct and indirect reports responsible for client implementations. The incumbent must therefore have a good understanding of the HCM business process, the SAP solution and ADP Service offering together with the ability to represent Implementation Services at the highest client management layers.

Reporting directly to the Vice President Implementation this role is a key part of the Implementation organization and will be required to build relationships with other parts of the GlobalView business around the world to ensure consistency and best practice is applied within the respective region.

  • Maintain, update, and rollout the ADP Project Management Methodology based on defined standards at regional, corporate and global levels .
  • Ensure ongoing project compliance to methodology and standards through quality assurance and post implementation reviews.
  • Appoint Direct & Indirect reports for implementations and coordinate the formation of ADP project teams.
  • Provide guidance and advice at a strategic level across a wide range of project issues to the Vice President, Implementation.
  • Facilitate project issue resolution by providing guidance, direction or escalation as appropriate and proactively identify and mitigate high level risks across all projects.
  • Attending project Steering Committee meetings as ADP executive representative as appropriate.
  • Providing support to the sales organization in pursuit of opportunities in relation to implementation strategies and other product related matters.
  • Provide implementation pricing in accordance with the pricing policy .
  • Actively monitoring and guiding all activities of Direct & Indirect reports .
  • Monitor overall project financial performance to proactively minimize and mitigate cost overruns.
  • Conduct performance reviews of Direct Reports and provide counseling/performance feedback on project team members.
  • As required, undertaking the Direct & Indirect Reports role for specific projects.
  • Managing project quality assurance review reports and post implementation evaluation processes while ensuring coordination and completion of agreed upon action items.
  • Working closely with Indirect Reports and Implementation Director and Team Leaders ensuring ownership and completion of tasks.
  • Actively participate and coordinate with other GlobalView regions to develop global project standards that achieve overall business objectives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • At least 5-7 years client management and relationship building experience
  • Demonstrated success managing client relationships with executive level stakeholders and overseeing corresponding service delivery
  • Ability to work within and lead a virtual, matrixed and cross cultural team
  • Must have prior experience with resource management and proactive/strategic capacity planning
  • Develop open communication with customers, and business partners in an effort to identify opportunities to improve processes and Methodologies
  • Self starter with the confidence to work with minimum supervision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
  • Masters Degree preferred
  • 5 or more years' experience with eTime or other Time and Attendance solutions
  • At least 5 years prior experience working in an HCM or HRIS organization
  • Proven ability to manage resources across multiple, large-scale projects successfully
  • Demonstrated ability to define, develop, and deliver exceptional project management methodologies
  • Experience in defining and executing quality reviews and risk mitigation plans for projects
  • Experience in SAP Project Management/Implementation Leadership is preferable
  • Ability to manage and lead a diverse team of people

  • Ability to analyze HCM business needs and to propose directions and solutions for the clients requirements.
  • Ability to advise and guide clients and project teams through the transition to the ADP services.
