The Marketing Manager will provide campaign and administrative support to the small, mid and large sized businesses across the Quebec market. Primary responsibilities will ensure the Marketing teams as efficient as possible in their revenue generation efforts. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and passionate, possess strong communication skills (verbal and written), demonstrate organizational capabilities, customer service focused and attention to detail. This role requires a combination of analytical skills with curiosity and creativity to think through possibilities and what if scenarios.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage all campaign set up, reporting and analytics, including pipeline tracking, segmentation, and campaign source analysis e.g. 800#'s, Web inquiries; Event Participation, etc.
  • Advocate for the market specific/unique needs across functions including Strategy and Product, and Service Delivery
  • Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns including SEM, SEO, Email, In-Product Marketing, Events, and webinars
  • Work cross functionality with key stakeholders in Quebec to drive growth and market penetration including representing Marketing at the Quebec Council
  • Participate in sales and marketing project working across cross-functional teams that include brand, content, online marketing, service, field and sales enablement.
  • Produce and execute various internal strategic power points, excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, charts/graphs and/or other communication documents.
  • Produce monthly situation reporting for department including project status reports, campaign analytics and progress versus goals
  • Manage provincial budget and invoice payment process.
  • Stay current on Quebec specific competitor product offerings, as well as industry and Quebec market trends to better leverage ADP's strengths through marketing campaigns.

Qualifications Required:

  • Education: BS in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 5 years management experience.


  • Demonstrates an ability to set individual goals, monitor the progress of objectives against targets, and develop corrective actions or recommendations to ensure goals are met.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of technical tools; MS Office suite, using PowerPoint to produce high quality reports, presentations or other documents. Exposure to MS Project, Visio, and web skills are also an asset.
  • Expert knowledge navigating various social media vehicles.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and pick up new tools quickly. Ability to be innovative, demonstrate excellent decision-making skills (including making individual judgements and recommendations) are required.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet critical deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times on a wide range of issues
  • Proven ability in assembling, compiling, analyzing and summarizing data and preparing reports.
  • Must be assertive and able to work independently and anticipate and address issues in the executive's absence.
  • Ability to identify and prioritize items requiring immediate action, along with any pertinent information to facilitate decision making
  • Strong customer-service orientation; a flexible and willing 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to be diplomatic, tactful and use discretion in all situations with both internal and external parties, with a high degree or professionalism.
