Human Resources Assistant Organization

The mission :

* Assist Human Resources Managers in the development and implementation of the various HR processes (administrative management of staff, recruitment, remuneration) and in the application of social regulations.

* Advise and assist managers in this management.

Specific duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Administrative management of staff
  • Management of the different daily acts of personnel administration:
  • staff movements (admissions, exits, mobility, suspension of employment contract and probationary period, employment ...),
  • updating the personnel administration reporting files
  • individual files
  • remuneration
  • hiring process (fixed-term contract, permanent contract, internship, alternating contracts) with the actors concerned.
  • update of reports related to entries, departures and mobilities
  • update hierarchical trees
  • drafting commercial endorsements

Recruitment

  • Management and support for managers for recruitment authorization requests
  • Management of the hiring process in the global tool
  • Monitoring and updating of the reporting with the concerned actors (managers and recruiters)

Social Watch:

  • Follow-up of the legislative changes of the general conditions of work and application of the social legislation.
  • Project / HR Campaigns
  • Participation in the creation of the monthly "HR news" support
  • Preparation and analysis of interview campaigns
  • Preparation and analysis of "Talent Reviews"
  • Preparation and update of social dashboards
  • Preparation of the monthly newsletter for the dedicated poles
  • Co-animation of the ADPWorks Managers community

Advice

  • Employee support on administrative issues and HR processes.
  • Support to managers on administrative issues and HR processes, and time management in the context of the deployment of the new Working Time Agreement ...
  • Support for non-French managers

Contribution to the evolution and optimization of all internal HR processes.

Global View, Virtual Edge, HR Intelligence, Web Gestil, iSucceed, Hr Process, BVRH

Internal Relations: Human Resources Managers, Payroll Service, Internal Training Department, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Managers, ...

Partner Relations: Social and Administrative Organizations (Mutual and Provident Organizations).

  • MASTER RH
  • BAC + 4/5 Human Resources
  • Communicate effectively: Have a good relationship
