Job Responsibilities:
The position will interact with internal and external partners, banks, and clients and provide client service. Will facilitate action plans with clients, inter-departments, and region associates in a positive and supportive manner to resolve issues.
The position will monitor client funding, evaluate, and mitigate large dollar risk to ADP and clients. Will ensure the timely resolution of issues and execute transactions according to risk policies.
The position will have a strong ability to work under pressure of time constraints and make sound and accurate decisions to ensure transactions are executed without impairing client service or causing financial exposure to ADP or clients.
The position will have ability to assess financial risk and exposure for all products by using various systems, reports, resources, and technical knowledge.
The position will prioritize critical issues and have the ability to identify and analyze potential system problems that may impact service quality and financial risk.
The position will be required to train internal and external partners and facilitate or present information at meetings as necessary.
The position will provide guidance to junior associates and possesses leadership qualities to ensure team objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience Banking, risk management, or financial transaction processing knowledge.
- 1 to 3 years of experience Banking, risk management, or financial transaction processing knowledge. Leadership qualities or experience.
- BA preferred in Business, Finance, Client Service or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred qualifications:
Ability to assess financial risk and exposure for all products by using various systems resources, and technical knowledge
Act as liaison between ADP, regions, banks, and clients through strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong ability to work under pressure of time constraints
Possess effective problem solving analysis and resolution skillsPrioritize critical issues and quickly identify and analyze potential problems
