Establish highest level of contact with each prospect and client.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ERESPONSIBILITIES\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned quota; Meet or exceed assigned quota within assigned accounts;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProduce a 120-day Prospective Business Report that identifies potential business and activities necessary to close;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide consistent management, planning and reporting on these accounts;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify client complaints with existing products/services and initiates action plan to resolve issues and retain clients;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EGenerate sales to new and current large account clients while insuring optimum client satisfaction.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQUALIFICATIONS:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESenior experience as a sales hunter in the services industry;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience in sales with 100% prospecting new clients;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEnglish advanced to fluent;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESpanish advanced to fluent;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperienced cold calling;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExperience with complex sales and long sales cycles;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBS in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent education and relevant experience (MBA preferred).\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
