\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003ECelergo, An ADP Company, is hiring an Implementation Project Leader.\u003C/strong\u003E The Implementation Project Leader is responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and Implementation of projects while ensuring that both Celergo\u0027s and the client\u0027s expectations business goals and objectives are met within the designated timeframes. The Implementation Project Lead is also responsible for building long term relationship and trust with both our clients and in country partners; responsible for keeping the Project Plan up to date while ensuring to keep the timeline to achieve the Project Milestones; responsible for higher maintenance clients who are looking to implement countries with a phased approach and/or multiple countries at the time. Organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders as needed to review project status, discuss and review issues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop Project Plans, milestones and timelines to baseline tasks required for projects.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for providing status reporting and providing responsive feedback to management and senior leadership.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide action plans and issue resolution when needed.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for tracking projects and managing project communication activities.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExplain payroll (compensation, benefits etc) and its financial implications to clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EClearly explain country specific payroll issues to clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide assistance to clients using our payroll technology\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServe as a point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing, and fulfillment regarding client-impacting issues throughout implementation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAssist with internal project -- providing temporary assistance and/or joining one of our subcommittees\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EReview Excel documents and verify figures using basic accounting knowledge.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETailor processes to meet the needs of individual projects\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBe ready to make decisions based on information and input available at the time\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInteract and communicate with international partners to clarify country specific items.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ERelay pertinent payroll information to our global partners in a timely manner.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain and build good relationship with existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical methods, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003Ewhile you will be expected to do the work relevant to you (considering your job description as well as the responsibilities given to you when you work as part of a team) you will be also responsible of the success of the whole project you are working on\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBe ready to make decisions based on information and input available at the time\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ELeading Client and Payroll Transitions from Implementation to Client Services.
