The Integrated Marketing Plan Lead (“Plan Lead”) is responsible for the end-to-end marketing plan for the Human Resources line of business, primarily positioning the SAP SuccessFactors portfolio of HR cloud solutions, and driving awareness, demand generation and pipeline acceleration programs to support revenue goals.

The Plan Lead is the main liaison with stakeholders including Sales leadership and other Marketing organizations. The Plan Lead builds out the integrated strategy for solution, audience, industry, region, and partner GTM, and is fully accountable for the results of each element in the plan. They determine recommended marketing mix, competitive and market intelligence requirements, audience journey (including BOM) recommendations, and customer segmentation to optimize Marketing’s impact on the business. They have accountability for budget allocation to the appropriate tactics, building a campaign strategy and working closely with the HR LoB Campaign Leads to drive seamless campaign activation. 

The Plan Lead provides regular feedback to Global Audience Marketing and Global Product Marketing on NA activity and content requirements/needs, and serves as the main point of contact from an HR LoB perspective for major national events including, but not limited to, SAPPHIRE NOW and SuccessConne

The Plan Lead regularly communicates the portfolio plan, progress, and performance to groups and individuals both within and outside of NA Marketing.

Measurements: The Plan lead is responsible for the HR LoB Marketing Goals in North America with major focus on marketing opportunity generation, and marketing opportunity conversion to close.

Key Stakeholders:  Sales GM(s) and COO for respective portfolio area, Industry and LOB Marketing teams, MU Marketing teams, Product Marketing, Global Audience Marketing, COE.

Job Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years integrated marketing experience
