Purpose & Objective of Position

To support L1 Human Resources Business Partner in executing the LoB people Strategy

 

Expectations & Tasks

  • Project manage execution of People strategy
  • Coordination with all stake holders in driving execution
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports
  • Prepare Leadership update decks
  • Data analysis is a must for seamless execution

 

Skills / Competencies

  • Good understanding of HR concepts
  • MUST be excellent in MS excel (pivots, Vlookup etc) and Powerpoint
  • This job needs excellent coordination/orchestration skills
  • Must like to work at detailed level, track progress
  • Research skills
  • Fast learner

 

Educational Requirements

  • Requires candidates to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate, Masters, MBA or PhD degree program which is applicable to the position.
  • MBA in HR preferred but not required
