The purpose & objective of this role is to be a part-time member of the North American Resource Management Team, providing critical support to augment the team’s capacity in its mission to place the right consultant, on the right opportunity, at the right time, helping the services organization maximize services revenue and margin within North America. 


The candidate will be expected to quickly learn and perform a number of staffing support activities that are critical to successfully and quickly placing the consultant on-site at the customer, generating services revenue.  These include, but are not limited to:

  • Learning and using the tools and procedures that must be followed in capturing accurate requirements from the resource requester, performing a quick and efficient searching for candidates at the local, North America and Global levels.
  • Ensure all of appropriate processes/paperwork are in place before a consultant engages.  This includes:
    • Business Letters & Work Visas
    • Drug Screens and Background Checks
    • Purchase Requests for Third Party Consultants
    • Ensuring staffing lists are completed for each consultant so that they can record their time on business support activities in a accurate and timely manner.


  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills are a must.  The candidate will be interacting with our business users every day, and a clear, objective and professional communication style is critical to success of this role.
  • Competency with quickly leaning many, very detailed business processes that must be followed accurately, and quickly is a key skills.  In others this role requires a detail oriented person.
  • Ability to quickly learn several different tools that will be required in the execution of the daily responsibilities.
