ADP | Enterprise Key Account Manager (I/II)
Fulltime, Rotterdam

You'll be responsible for exceeding assigned sales targets through global sales responsibility of approximately 10 Key Accounts with significant size and international footprint, leveraging local and global solution offerings, and "winning it right & together".

As such, you will be promoting both local and global payroll and non-payroll solutions that best address a client's and/or prospects needs. Moreover, you will identify and develop opportunities for ADP with Key Accounts.

Key Requirements:

  • Have excellent selling and negotiation skills, incl. deep commercial know how and understanding of complex / technical contracts;
  • Develop in-depth and balanced understanding of global market characteristics and client / prospect needs;
  • Independently identify opportunities for ADP across local and global payroll and non-payroll solutions; adapt to fast-paced and international sales environment;
  • Successfully identify and engage with key decision makers within Key Accounts around the world; serve as trusted ambassador for ADP;
  • Drive account opportunities through "challenger" mindset, while complying with core ADP values ("win it right, win it together");
  • Negotiate and close complex / technical contracts in local language and English.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's degree with business focus or experience in related field;
  • Extensive experience in field sales role, preferably in the Enterprise and/or B2B segment;
  • Significant Enterprise Background;
  • Preferably experience in Global Key Account Management tactics;
  • Profound stakeholder management skills;
  • Affinity for technology products & processes;
  • Fluent in Dutch & English.
