Description

AT&T Entertainment Group is looking for a seasoned Marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-focused environment. The Lead Product Marketing Manager, Hispanic will be responsible for ideating what if scenarios based on deep observation of the marketplace as a whole, the Wireless category and learnings from applicable data. Will then define strategy and positioning  to inform go to market efforts across tactics for the US Hispanic segment for Mobility, specifically to drive growth of Wireless Post Paid business.  In this role, you will be considered an expert in Hispanic marketing. 

Responsibilities include understanding the consumer and business results at a deep level and being able to create forward looking recommendations from the data to aid in winning with the Hispanic consumer. Will leverage expertise in managing upper and lower funnel tactics, strength in collaboration and the ability to quickly pivot as the needs of the business change. Will ensure all projects developed will be based business and consumer learnings. Will communicate and coordinate communication between stakeholders, and help drive projects to successful completion. In this role you will handle multiple projects at the same time, which will require excellent communication and time management skills.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with company management, analytics, research department and advertising teams to create strategy and positioning for a key segment
  • Maintain working knowledge of other major functional areas and mange cross functional teams
  • Effectively work with other lines of business owners to realize efficiencies and grow customer base
  • Develop succinct and powerful Marketing Briefs in combination with Go To Market lead
  • Define impactful product messaging supported by research as needed
  • Serves as expert on strategy and forward looking opportunities
  • Ensure the product teams? marketing needs are 100% supported
  • Manages and communicates shifting priorities based on real-time market pulse taking
  • Juggles multiple projects at any given time, keeping track of project progress and communicating progress to stakeholders as necessary
  • Develops and maintains trusting, respectful and professional relationships with internal clients and stakeholders

Position Requirements:
  • Spanish language proficiency
  • 5+ years marketing or advertising experience
  • Passionate about Marketing and the impact it can have to the bottom line
  • Data Driven Marketer
  • Ability to adapt well to changing priorities and react quickly to ensure smooth implementation
  • Exceptional attention to detail and meticulous organization
  • Effective problem-solver
  • Excellent presentation skills (both in person and in PowerPoint), ability to tailor messages based on audience
  • Collaborative by nature with excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable:
  • MBA and/or advance degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising
  • Knowledge of wireless, TV, Broadband and/or Entertainment category
