strengthen and grow partnership\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECultivate relationships with prospective CPA partners and CPA firms who used to partner to increase channel opportunity\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDrive clear awareness of ADP\u0027s market share goals in partnering with the CPA community\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelops a business plan with the Sales Manager/Director, Sales Executive, Area VP of Sales and Division VP of Sales which details activities to be followed during the fiscal year and will focus the DM\u0027s on producing or exceeding quota.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EParticipate in trade shows, conferences and events that provide lead generation\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain knowledge of CPA industry, competitive positioning and industry trends\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorks at improving both product and professional skills by participating in training sessions within ADP and through their own efforts.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintains accurate records of all activities (i.e., calls, presentations, sales, etc.) within their assignment.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EServes as a liaison between the new client and ADP support groups throughout the conversion cycle.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAttends and participates in weekly Roll Call meetings.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E1-2\u002B years business experience including experience as a District Manager with a proven proficiency in developing strategic sales plans and continually achieving or exceeding assigned quotas.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProven ability to assist management in assessing market competition required.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust be able to effectively prospect and sell to companies with 50- 150 pays.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp class=\u0022MsoNormal\u0022\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EPreference will be given to
