We are currently seeking a Manager, HCM Engineering and CloudOps Transformation to join our Business Operations organzation in San Francisco CA.


Position Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our major engineering sites to establish site charters, recruiting strategy, communication cadence to drive engineering productivity and unify our workforce across the globe.
  • Drive the organizational resource planning efforts for HCM Engineering and CloudOps. Define and improve how headcount is allocated and utilized throughout our HCM PDLC.
  • Provide direction, coaching and thought leadership to project teams, work stream leads and key stakeholders.
  • Lead program teams to deliver on their program objectives in UX, product, engineering, cloud operations, etc.
  • Significantly contributes to technology and product roadmap planning, business planning, coordinating across teams to build a cohesive roadmap schedule.
  • Responsible for planning, executing, tracking, as well as managing costs, schedule, and scope on roadmap deliverables
  • Bring cohesiveness, transparency, organization, and accountability to projects involving multiple teams or departments.
  • Responsible for people management and coaching of business operation team members
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Portfolio Leadership and other Engineering Managers to develop a coordinated execution plan
  • Monitor team output against the product vision, business plan and timeline
  • Provide technical guidance to agile teams throughout all stages of the PDLC
  • Drive and actively participate in the continuous improvement process; create an environment for continuous learning and improvement
  • Manage critical situations and mitigate potential impact on delivery



  • 6+ years of relevant engineering or transformation experience
  • 5 + years people management experience
  • Thorough understanding of PDLC in agile development environments
  • Deep product and technical knowledge – should be recognized as a subject matter expert
  • Ability to productively converse with business stakeholders and engineers alike
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
