Works independently to meet strict compliance deadlines to effectively deliver timely and accurate payrolls. Utilizes payroll and system knowledge to administer policy and resolve issues. Effectively manages and integrates a high volume of data from multiple sources. Responds as needed to HR, Accounting, and associate inquiries regarding wage, hour, FLSA guidelines, payroll taxes, time \u0026 labor management, and ADP policy inquiries ensuring a high level of quality and accuracy. Performs on going as well as quarter-end and year-end audits. Responsible for managing the Enterprise Autolink process cycle. Responsible for pay groups of low to moderate complexity and low to moderate associate population size. Reviews and processes all Human Resources and payroll-related associate data, including but not limited to new hires, terminations, leaves of absence, wage changes, transfers, Garnishments, LOA\u0027s and other changes. Imports external pay files (time and labor management, etc.) into HRIS. Performs pre-production audit for each pay group prior to release. Completes processing cycle for each pay group on release day. Performs post-production maintenance and audit to prepare for next processing cycle. Audits payroll output and provides recap to manager, including error correction notice information, as well as any other outstanding issues. Utilizes existing ad hoc and standard reports to assist with internal auditing and creates custom reports as needed.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EEffectively applies payroll tax laws, court ordered documents, wage and hour regulations, all leaves types to ADP internal control policies as required. Reconciles all quarterly wage and tax reports, LOA set ups and corrects any discrepancies prior to the issuance of W2\u0027s. Ensures compliance to ADP wage increase policies.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvides high quality of client service to associates located throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. Researches and resolves all associates issues within Service Level Agreement. Manages support cases via case management tool. Develops strong business relationships with Human Resources, 3rd party, team members and Accounting clients to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.\u0026nbsp;\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWorks diligently as a team member to ensure that all department deadlines are met and all payroll duties assigned to the team are completed timely and accurately. Maintains advanced payroll, garnishment and tax knowledge in order to maintain compliance with payroll policies, regulations and procedures.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIssues and updates manual checks. Proactively works to resolve issues that create the need for manual checks, thereby reducing exposure to errors, penalties, and interest resulting from late tax deposits.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESuccessfully integrates newly acquired business units into the payroll system, as well as mass movements between paygroups. Processes multi-state and multi-jurisdiction payrolls with a higher level of complexity.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActs as a technical resource in the areas of wage and hour, 3rd party payments, deduction processing, liens and garnishments, overpayments and banking operations.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EActs as a subject matter expert (SME) in each of the following areas:\u003Cbr /\u003Ea. Local tax setup\u003Cbr /\u003Eb. Transfer processing\u003Cbr /\u003Ec. Quarter end processing\u003Cbr /\u003Ed.
