If you are interested in helping to build a new business, be part of developing processes and are looking for a great growth opportunity, please consider the requisition below.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EOverview of the position:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003EADP is hiring an experienced\u003Cstrong\u003E Payroll Specialist.\u003C/strong\u003E In this position, you\u0027ll help our clients leverage ADP\u0027s exceptional business solutions so they can focus on what matters most to them - growing their business.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible \u0026 fully accountable for the payroll \u0026 audit function of multiple clients.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EResponsible for scheduling and running the assigned client payrolls by following standard operating procedures.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintains complete, accurate and timely client and employee records based on real time requests\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintains complete and accurate client profile notes as well as processing instructions for each client\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBalance respective payrolls based on year end calendar and remit all Third Party Remittances by defined due dates, complete all Year End balancing, filing \u0026 respective reporting\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EUtilize all internal tools \u0026 defined processes to ensure optimal productivity, service excellence and make recommendations for best practices to customers\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EInitiate pre and post production calls with a clients\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerforms quarterly \u0026 year-end audits including file\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnswer client calls (dedicated clients, as well as other clients)\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide critical and accurate statutory information to clients in the payroll area, such as tax filing. Use the various knowledge bases, resource materials and appropriate websites to locate answers and solutions for issues.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EWork with internal technical support, various production departments and additional ADP Service hubs as needed to identify a resolution.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EProvide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMaintain CPA (Canadian Payroll Association) designation \u0026 attend all required departmental training sessions as well demonstrate proficiency in learning.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EQualifications Required:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMinimum 2 years payroll processing experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMinimum 2 years client service experience.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAdvanced Internet and MS Office Skills (Word/Excel) required.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent communication and analytical skills with the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent customer service skills\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EFrench language skills woud be considered an asset\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEducation:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor/diploma level education would be considered an asset, or equivalent experience in administration/customer service/HR.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ECanadian Payroll Association (CPA) certification is an asset.
