\u003Cp\u003EThe Financial Analyst will be responsible for various analyses of business\u0027s financial and performance data. The Financial Analyst understands business problems and opportunities and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This individual will create business reports, analyze data for multiple business functions, present findings and then assist in implementing improvements in the business.\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EResponsibilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cem\u003EThis includes modeling, evaluating the financial impact of business performance, benchmarking competitors, promotions and valuation work.\u003C/em\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartner with various functions on Client Facing related analysis. Lead in the analysis, evaluation and interpretation of business and market research data. Draw conclusions and formulate recommendations to positively impact financial viability and performance.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAnalyze and evaluate complex and market data. Interpret data for purpose of determining organization/program performance, trends and/or profitability and performance.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EIdentify trends and threats, support related analysis for marketing opportunities.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPerform margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives and Client inquiries as required, including ad-hoc analysis on methods to optimize price through market and pricing strategies.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EBusiness reporting responsibilities:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EPartner with team with performance dashboard and report generation.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ETranslate stakeholders\u0027 requirements into reporting deliverables.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDevelopment and management of reports that provide organizational visibility to key pricing decisions and initiatives.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003Cstrong\u003ERequirements:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, maintain, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information and translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExtensive experience and proven working knowledge in data extract/reporting software: database management (SQL, MS Access, Tableau) Business Objects.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EAdvanced knowledge of Excel; proficient Word and PowerPoint skills.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EDemonstrated ability to organize and execute work independently and effectively within frequent deadlines.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) including the ability to work across all levels within the organization.\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003EMust have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills.\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cp\u003E\u0026nbsp;\u003C/p\u003E \u003CP\u003E\u003Cp\u003E\u003Cstrong\u003EEducation:\u003C/strong\u003E\u003C/p\u003E \u003Cul\u003E \u003Cli\u003EBachelor\u0027s degree with a preferred concentration in Finance, Accounting and/or Computer Information Sciences\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003ESQL, MS Access, Tableau required\u003C/li\u003E \u003Cli\u003E5\u002B years of data mining and analysis experience required\u003C/li\u003E \u003C/ul\u003E\u003C/P\u003E \u003CP\u003EWe\u0027re designing a better way to work, so you can achieve what you\u0027re working for.
